Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a 33 years old, sible, female, EU citizen, interior architect working as a full time employee at a Dutch firm with a gross salary of 5247.90 per month - 63,000.00 per year and living in Amsterdam at Fokke Simonszstraat 12A-1 1017TG. I would like to rent a new property due to wanting a bigger and quieter flat. I'm very interested in this property as a long term rental(min 1 year) so if feasible I would like to arrange a viewing with you. I would like to and can move out effectively immediately.
