During my time in Vancouver, Canada, I lived in the same apartment for over 12 years, which reflects my stability and long-term commitment as a tenant.

I am currently seeking a studio apartment with a budget of approximately €1,400.

I lead a healthy and active lifestyle, enjoying activities such as cycling and working out. I am respectful of others’ privacy and always mindful of maintaining a peaceful living environment for my neighbours.

From a financial perspective, I will cover the rent through my salary. Additionally, I have savings available both in the Netherlands and in Brazil, providing an extra layer of financial security. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, I can also rely on a guarantor. I am fully committed to maintaining consistent and timely rent payments.
